Pete Jensen
Trombone
Pete Jensen, trombone player, is a graduate of Temple University’s College of Music. Over his many years of playing, he has performed with Bobby Rydell, Sister Sledge, the Sammy Kaye Orchestra, and the Vincent Lopez Orchestra, to name a few. Pete is also a band leader, heading up the “Hot Taters” and “Jump, Jive, and Wail.”
During his time in the military, Pete was the principal trombonist with the 276th Army Band and got to play for Presidents Nixon, Reagan, and Clinton. He also toured various parts of Europe with the 28th Division Army Band. Pete has also performed at many other events in our country, including the Tournament of Roses Parade in California.
Finally, Pete is adept at playing many types of music, from jazz to classical, and from swing to funk.
