Dwayne Williams

Dwayne began playing the saxophone in elementary school and progressed to the point where he was admitted into Philadelphia’s prestigious Girard Academic Music Program.

As a teenager, Dwayne started to get paying gigs from various local bands.

A very dedicated musician, Dwayne’s influences are the jazz legends such as John Coltrane and Sonny Rollins.

For the last few years, Dwayne has played with Elle Gyandoh and the John Doe Band, and Emmanuel Ohemeng and Perpetual Motion. Dwayne also plays with some of the area’s top wedding bands on occasion.
